gravity rollers

Series A: Gravity Conveyor Rollers

Euroroll’s A series includes light, medium and heavy duty rollers. They can therefore be used almost universally: for transporting boxes, crates, steel containers, but also for pallets and other goods. Series A impresses with its diversity: in the Euroroll range you will find, for example, castors with low breakaway torque, particularly smooth-running or low-noise solutions as well as welded versions for maximum load-bearing capacity.

Series B: Bead Conveyer Rollers

Euroroll’s series B has mechanically inserted beading as well as pressed-in plastic beading heads. The beaded conveyor rollers enable driven container transport by round belts and are mainly used for crates and cardboard boxes. The maximum load per conveyor roller with beading is 300 N due to the low driving force of the round belt.

Series C: Poly-V Conveyer Rollers

Euroroll’s C series is ideal for piece-operated load transport of light and medium-heavy goods. The C series can also be used in many other areas of industry. The nine grooves of the drive head allow the use of multi-ribbed Poly-V belts. The main advantage over a chain drive: higher speeds are achieved in combination with significantly lower noise levels.

Series D: Toothed Belt Conveyor Rollers

Euroroll’s D series is ideal for transporting light materials on powered roller conveyors. Their advantages: high conveying speeds and low noise emission. They are particularly suitable for use in dry, dust-free rooms.

Series E: Single Sprocket Conveyor Rollers

The E series from Euroroll is made for the piece-driven transport of heavy goods. These mainly include pallets and steel containers, but also other heavy conveyed goods, such as those used in numerous industrial plants. You can choose between different sprocket drives – depending on your needs. The standard version of Euroroll includes welded sprockets in 5/8″ with either 15 or 18 teeth. The same applies to 1/2″ sprockets with 14 teeth.

Series F: Double Sprocket Conveyor Rollers

Euroroll’s F series is tailor-made for powered unit load conveying of heavy goods. These primarily include pallets and steel containers, but also other heavy conveyed goods used in numerous industrial sectors. The standard version of Euroroll includes welded sprockets in 5/8″ with either 15 or 18 teeth. The same applies to 1/2″ sprockets with 14 teeth.

Series K: Conical Conveyor Rollers

Series K from Euroroll is a conical roller for driven and non-driven transport. It is particularly suitable for conveying cartons, totes and other light to medium-weight goods. The conical attachments of series K function as attachments for all roller series A-F. They come with 30 and 50 mm rollers. They are used for 30 and 50 mm pipes.
