Our test department also carries out pallet tests with your pallets in advance, if required, to determine whether your pallets are suitable for use in a pallet flow system from Euroroll. Our engineers and designers are in constant contact with you in order to find the ideal solution and to be able to make additions or changes quickly if necessary.
Certifications and Quality Standards
Safety plays an essential role in the warehouse. Euroroll therefore offers you an integrated safety concept that, among other things, takes into account the current BG, ISO, EN and FEM guidelines and protects your employees from dangers in the warehouse. Of course, Euroroll is ISO certified and is audited at regular intervals – and has been since 2007. Tell us which pallet you use and what you want to transport and we will create an optimal solution for you!
Assembly and Inspections
We deliver our systems with detailed installation instructions. However, you can also order installation by Euroroll (subject to a charge). Alternatively, if you wish, you can request a Euroroll installation supervisor who will provide technical support for your installation, train your staff and commission the systems together with your employees. All products that are relevant to safety are designed with high mechanical reserves. Brake rollers, for example, are also marked with a manufacturing or start date so that they can be traced back, if necessary, to when and under what conditions they were produced. We usually have spare parts in stock. Many parts can also be replaced during operation. Because we owe it to our quality standards that your storage technology remains ready for use – for a lifetime.
Storage facilities (racking systems) must be inspected once a year by a specialist according to DIN EN 15635 in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health. If you wish, a racking inspector appointed by Euroroll can carry out this task for you. Of course, this will be done during ongoing operation so that you do not have to worry about any interruptions. You can also order a roller conveyor inspection from Euroroll if your roller conveyor has been in operation for many years. Our specialist staff will not only inspect the roller conveyors, but will also carry out any necessary repairs if you so wish. You will be charged by the hour and for the material required. If you wish, our fitter can also first inspect your gravity conveyor technology, record any damage and then make you an offer with a fixed price for the installation.
