Reference project: Our gravity chutes for an automotive industry client to optimize their logistics center. The conveyors are 8,500mm long and 730mm wide, featuring plastic rollers and brake rollers for quiet and controlled package flow. Additionally, a foot-operated separator ensures pressure-free retrieval on the picking side.

The Fraunhofer Institute, in collaboration with Euroroll, has published a whitepaper comparing the two systems, Pallet Flow and Pallet Shuttle. The document sheds light on the advantages and disadvantages of both systems. The results indicate that Pallet Flow has lower operational costs, offers high throughput performance, and can be easily integrated into the overall system. Safely control flow speed of gravity-powered systems using Euroroll brake rollers. Available with diameter Ø80 and Ø50. Due to the small diameter of the Ø50 brake, they can be positioned on narrow centers. This enables a wide variety of boxes and totes to be conveyed. Have a look at our flyer in the media library.
